Aqualand is a fun, high-energy inflatable water course, and for everyone’s safety and enjoyment, there are a few important things to keep in mind before you book.
Age & Height Requirements – All participants must be 6 years or older and at least 1.10 metres tall. These limits help ensure everyone can safely use the obstacles and equipment.
Supervision – Children aged 7 and under must be accompanied on the course by an adult, with a maximum ratio of 1 adult to 3 children.
Participants aged 8–15 years must have a responsible adult present in the spectator area for the duration of the session.
Buddy System – For safety reasons, Aqualand operates a buddy system. Participants must go on the course with at least one other person. If you arrive on your own, our team may ask you to wait until another participant is available to join you before heading onto the course.
Swimming Ability – All participants must be able to swim 25 metres unaided and be confident in the water. Aqualand takes place in open water, and a basic swimming ability is essential.
Equipment & What’s Included – The addmission price includes a wetsuit and a buoyancy aid. All participants must wear a Cliff Lakes buoyancy aid while on Aqualand. You’re welcome to bring your own wetsuit if you prefer.
Arrival & Waivers – All participants must complete an online waiver before arriving on site. After booking, you’ll receive an email with clear instructions on how to do this.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session start time to allow plenty of time for check-in, changing, and preparation.
Safety Briefing & Session Length – Before entering the water, everyone must attend a mandatory safety briefing. This is required every time you visit, even if you’ve been before. Unless stated, each Aqualand session lasts 80 minutes on the water.
Glasses – Participants must not wear spectacles or sunglasses whilst taking part in any Activities.
